I absolutely love being a photographer and am thankful to be able to give back to my community. I am always looking for meaningful ways to give back.
In February 2020 I met Thomas Nguyen who created Project Beauty. The mission of Project Beauty is to photograph teens with no makeup and no retouching to redefine how beauty is depicted on social media. He set up these mini sessions as a fundraiser to give back to organizations that offer mental health services to teens.
His concept inspired me to do create a fundraiser that would offer a platform to help organizations that offer mental health options for teens in our community. I will create gorgeous black and white portraits. While creating these portraits, I would like to open up dialogue that encourages honest conversations about mental health. This opportunity will be open to all of my clients. It is important to me to have an established relationship so that this time will be even more meaningful. I reached out to Thomas and with his blessing, I have created:
Project Inspiration A Project in Black and White A day of mini sessions. Offered twice a year. Each session will be 20 minutes long. Suggested donation is $50. You will receive 5 social media files. You may order additional prints or products. 100% will be donated to our Beneficiaries.
Feel free to refer your friends and I will make sure that we have some time to photograph you together in between your individual sessions. We will do these sessions on winter and summer break so all my clients in high school and college will be able to participate. Space will be limited so reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot.
